The Keln Wiki

Questions, answered.

101 questions about Keln, from your first booking to your data, answered in full. Every feature also has its own page on the star chart.

Getting started7

What is Keln, in one breath?

Keln is the back office for a coaching practice. People find your booking page, pick a service and a time, sign your waiver and pay you. Everyone you coach then lives in one place, your Orbit, with their sessions, notes, documents, invoices and messages. Aris, the assistant built in, answers questions about Keln and about your own practice, and the dashboard tells you each morning what needs you today.

Link to this answer
What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: your booking page with waivers, up to 3 people in your Orbit, CSV import and Aris in guide mode. Move to Pro or Ultra when you want payments, unlimited people and the rest. See What do the plans cost? below for everything in each plan.

How do I get set up?

Your dashboard opens with a short launch checklist, and each step is worth XP:

  • Put your booking page live (Settings → Client portal: services, hours, address, then switch it on).
  • Choose how clients pay: free, paid when booking, invoiced afterwards or from a pack.
  • Finish your public profile: photo, bio and what you coach.
  • Take your first booking.
  • Coach your first session.

Most coaches are through the first three in under half an hour.

Link to this answer
Can I bring my existing clients with me?

Yes. Export a CSV from your spreadsheet or the tool you use now, and import it from the Orbit. Keln matches the columns it recognises (name, email, phone, notes and so on) and shows you what it will add before anything is saved. The Free plan holds up to 3 people; Pro and Ultra have no limit.

Is there an app to download?

There is nothing to download from a store, but you can add Keln to your home screen and it opens like an app: full screen, with its own icon and no browser bar. On iPhone or iPad, open Keln in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap ⋮, then Install app. On a computer, use the install icon in Chrome or Edge's address bar, or File then Add to Dock in Safari on a Mac. Your clients can do the same for their side, and your settings follow your account from device to device. Step-by-step, with pictures of where to tap: the Keln on your home screen page in the wiki.

Link to this answer
Do I need a website already?

No. Your booking page has its own address (like getkeln.com/book/your-name) and your public profile is a page of its own, so you can share either one straight from your bio or a message. If you already have a website, link to your booking page from it.

Link to this answer
Some pages say "once released". What does that mean?

Keln ships new features in stages. A feature marked "once released" is built and on its way: founding members see it first, and it reaches everyone a few days later. The changelog lists what shipped and when.

Who Keln is for9

Who is Keln for?

Coaches of every kind who are paid by the session, the pack or the month: personal trainers, sports and esports coaches, music and voice teachers, dance teachers, yoga and wellness coaches, nutrition coaches, life, mindset, business and career coaches, tutors, martial arts instructors and art teachers. Keln runs the practice around the coaching: the booking page, the forms people sign, payments, messages, and everyone you coach in one Orbit.

Link to this answer
My people aren't "clients". Can Keln call them what I call them?

Yes. In Settings → What you coach, pick your discipline and Keln uses its word everywhere you look: players for esports, students for music and tutoring, athletes for sports, dancers for dance. You can also type your own word. If you pick a discipline on the home page before you sign up (or arrive on a page like getkeln.com/for/esports), your account starts with it already set.

Link to this answer
Does Keln work for esports and gaming coaches?

Yes. Players book a VOD review or a live session on your booking page, agree to your code of conduct or recording consent, and pay to your own Stripe. Video reviews let them send you a clip and get it back marked up with drawings, timestamps and notes, and messages keep the conversation with each player in one thread instead of across Discord DMs.

Link to this answer
Does Keln work for music, voice and dance teachers?

Yes. Students book lessons from your available times, accept your lesson policy or studio waiver, and pay for single lessons, packs of lessons or a monthly retainer. Programs hold practice plans and exercises for each student, and video reviews work for a recorded performance or routine as well as a sports clip.

Link to this answer
Does Keln work for yoga, wellness, nutrition and mindset coaches?

Yes. Clients fill in your health questionnaire or sign your coaching agreement when they book, and you keep notes, session history and payments in their file. Nothing in Keln assumes a gym: a breathwork session, a nutrition check-in and a coaching call are booked, signed and paid the same way.

Link to this answer
Does Keln work for business and career coaches?

Yes. Clients book a strategy session or an interview prep call, sign your coaching agreement, and pay by the session, by a pack, or on a monthly retainer. Your notes on each client, and what you promised to send them, live in their file in your Orbit.

Link to this answer
Does Keln work for tutors and coaches of children?

Yes. A parent can book with their own email address, so the parent picks the time, signs your consent form and pays. Keep the student's name and anything else you need in their file.

Link to this answer
Can I coach groups and teams?

Yes. Add a team, a club or a choir to your Orbit like anyone else, with the person who books for them as the contact. If you work with other coaches, Keln Teams gives each coach a seat in one shared Orbit.

Link to this answer
Do I coach online, in person or both?

Either, or both. A service is a name, a length, a price and how it is paid, so "Online lesson" and "In-studio lesson" can sit side by side on your booking page. Keln has no video calling of its own: put your Zoom, Meet or Discord link in the service description, or send it in a message, and clients have it with their booking.

Link to this answer

Your booking page and bookings7

What can I set on my booking page?

Everything people see before they book:

  • Your page's address, like getkeln.com/book/your-name.
  • Services, each with a name, length, price and how it is paid.
  • Opening hours for each day, slot spacing, how far ahead people can book and how much notice you need.
  • Your time zone.
  • Questions to ask at booking, and the waiver to sign before a booking goes through.
  • Whether bookings go straight in or wait for you to approve each one.
  • How late a client can cancel.

It stays off until you switch it on, so you can preview it first.

Link to this answer
How does a client book me?

They open your booking page, choose a service, pick one of your open times, answer your questions, sign your waiver if you ask for one and pay if the service is paid at booking. The booking lands in your Orbit, on your calendar and in Bookings at once, and both of you get an email. Clients are emailed a reminder before every session.

Link to this answer
Can I approve bookings before they go through?

Yes. Turn on approval in Settings → Client portal and each booking arrives as a request. Confirm or decline it from Bookings or from the "Needs you" list on your dashboard; the client is emailed either way.

Link to this answer
How do I stop people booking times I can't do?

Your opening hours set the times on offer, and sessions already booked close themselves. For anything else, add a time block in the planner and mark it Unavailable: those times close on your booking page straight away. If you show your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar inside Keln, those events are shown for reference and do not close times, so block anything you need to protect.

Link to this answer
What happens when a client cancels or reschedules?

Clients cancel from the link in their booking email, up to the cutoff you set. The session leaves both calendars, a pack session goes back into their pack, and any invoice is settled the same way every time. You can also reschedule or cancel from Bookings, or drag a session to a new time on your calendar; the client is emailed the change.

Link to this answer
What happens when someone doesn't show up?

Mark the session a no-show in Bookings. It stays on their history as a no-show, doesn't count toward your weekly goal or XP, and the client still owes for the session. A booked session that has ended counts as held unless you mark it a no-show.

Link to this answer
What happens to my booking page if I'm on holiday?

Block the days as Unavailable in the planner and nobody can book them. Sessions already booked stay as they are, so move or cancel any you need to and the clients are told.

Link to this answer

Waivers and documents4

Can clients sign waivers and agreements in Keln?

Yes, on every plan, Free included. Write a document in Keln, or upload the PDF you already use and drag a box where each signature, initial and date goes. Require it on a service so it is signed before the booking goes through, or send it to one client from their file. Clients sign on their phone or computer, with no app and no printing.

Link to this answer
Where do signed documents go?

Onto the client's file in your Orbit, with when and how it was signed. A signed document can't be edited afterwards, so the copy on file is always the one they signed.

Link to this answer
Can a parent sign for a child?

Yes. A parent books and signs with their own email address, and you keep the child's name and details in their file.

Link to this answer
Will Keln write my waiver for me?

Keln gives you a place to write, send and store your documents, and the wording is yours. Keln isn't a law firm, so have a lawyer look over the wording of your own waivers and agreements.

Link to this answer

Getting paid6

How do clients pay me?

Each service is free, paid when booking, invoiced afterwards or drawn from a pack. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, which you connect from Settings in a few minutes. You can also send invoices for anything, and record cash or bank payments by hand. Taking payment is on Pro and Ultra; free sessions work on every plan.

Link to this answer
Does the money go through Keln?

No. Clients pay into your own Stripe account and the money is yours the moment it lands. Keln never holds it.

Link to this answer
What are session packs?

A bundle of sessions sold up front, like "10 lessons". Each booking draws one session from the pack, and a cancelled session goes back into it. Your dashboard shows how many sessions are still held in packs.

Link to this answer
What are retainers?

A recurring invoice on a schedule, for clients on a monthly plan. Keln sends each invoice on its date, and the Money panel shows retainer payments due in the next 30 days.

Link to this answer
What happens when an invoice goes unpaid?

Keln reminds the client by email on a fixed, polite rhythm:

  • two days before it is due;
  • the day after;
  • a week after;
  • two weeks after.

Then it stops and tells you, so the next word is yours. You can void an invoice or issue a credit note at any time.

Link to this answer
Can I refund a client?

Refunds to your clients are made from your own Stripe account, because that is where they paid. In Keln, void the invoice or issue a credit note so their file and your Money panel stay right.

Link to this answer

What your clients see6

Do my clients need an account or a password?

No. Clients sign in to their own space at /my from a link emailed to them, with no password to make or forget. They can book, sign and pay from your booking page without signing in at all.

Link to this answer
What's in their /my space?

Everything you share with them, in one place:

  • upcoming and past sessions, with links to move or cancel within your rules;
  • programs you assigned;
  • video reviews;
  • messages with you;
  • invoices to pay by card;
  • your updates, in their Updates feed.

Client accounts are on Pro and Ultra.

Link to this answer
How do messages work?

Each client has a private thread with you: text, photos, PDFs, voice notes with a waveform, reactions and cards for sessions, programs and invoices. You can edit or delete a message within 15 minutes of sending it. On a team, your teammates can join a thread. Messages are on Pro and Ultra.

Link to this answer
What are programs?

Build programs in Library from your own content (exercises, drills, practice pieces, videos, worksheets) and assign them to a client. Each section of a program is a session: set the weekdays it repeats on, or leave the days empty and the sessions come one after another. Give any item a target, such as 3 × 8 reps at 60 kg, 20 minutes or 5 km, with a short cue.

Your client sees Today's work on their dashboard. One tap marks an item done as planned; opening it lets them log what they actually did, how it felt and a note for you. Their entries show on their file under Training, with the week against the plan. Programs are on Pro and Ultra.

Link to this answer
How do video reviews work?

A client sends you a clip from /my, and it waits under Video → From clients in your sidebar. You answer on the timeline with marks, drawings, slow motion and notes, and they watch your review back. Your own footage goes under Video → Your videos, with the same tools. Pro has the essential studio: pen, arrow, circle and labels. Ultra adds lines, angles, spotlight, zoom, voice notes, holds of any length, side-by-side compare, five times the video storage and longer client clips. Videos are kept for 90 days.

Link to this answer
What emails do my clients get from Keln?

Only what their booking with you needs: confirmations, reminders before each session, changes you make, documents to sign, invoices and their reminders, a link to sign in to /my, and a short request to rate a session afterwards. If you connect your own mailbox, emails you write to a client can go out from your own address, logged on their file.

Link to this answer

The Orbit and client files5

How do clients move between stages?
  • A booking makes them Booked.
  • A session makes them Active.
  • 60 days with nothing makes an Active client Paused.
  • Alumni is set by you, for someone who has finished with you.

You can move anyone by hand at any time.

Link to this answer
What's in a client's file?

Everything about one person: contact details, stage, notes, sessions, invoices, documents and the next follow-up date. Open it from the Orbit, from a booking, or with Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and their name.

Link to this answer
Who can see my notes?

Only you, and your teammates if you are on a team. Clients never see your notes. Notes, messages, files and the names of the people you coach are encrypted in storage.

Link to this answer
How do goals work?

Open a client from your Orbit and use Goals together. Propose a goal in plain words ("Squat 140 kg", "Play the prelude at tempo", "Hold a ten-minute conversation in Spanish"), with a target and a date if you like. It counts once your client agrees to it in their Keln account. They can propose goals too, and those wait under Needs you for you to agree. Either of you can log progress at any time; a change to the goal itself is suggested by one of you and agreed by the other. A goal with a number can follow training: pick an item in their program and a measure, and the goal moves to their best logged value on its own.

Link to this answer
What is a high-five?

A moment of recognition you give a client, with a line about what for: "Great depth today". It appears on their dashboard with your name and counts towards their journey. You can give each client one a day, so it keeps meaning something. Your client's XP and level are theirs alone; you never see them.

Link to this answer

Calendar and planner5

What's on the calendar?

Sessions, reminders, follow-ups, tasks, sticky notes and time blocks, all in one calendar that zooms: the month, one week opened into hours, the whole week, or a single day. Every day also has a page you can write on.

Link to this answer
What is the planner?

The planner sits beside the calendar: a plan for each day with tasks to tick off, sticky notes that show on the day, a tray of tasks not yet given a day, and time blocks. A block marked Unavailable also closes those times on your booking page.

Link to this answer
Can I see my Google, Apple or Outlook calendar in Keln?

Yes. Paste your calendar's private ICS link and its events appear inside the Keln calendar as a read-only layer. They are there for you to see, and they don't close times on your booking page; mark a time block Unavailable for that.

Link to this answer
Can I see Keln in my Google, Apple or Outlook calendar?

Yes. Settings gives you a private feed address. Subscribe to it from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and your reminders and follow-ups show up there too. Keep the address to yourself, since anyone with it can read the feed.

Link to this answer
Can I move a session by dragging it?

Yes. Drag a session to a new time on the calendar and the client is emailed the new time.

Link to this answer

Aris and ready-made messages6

Who is Aris?

Aris is the assistant inside Keln. Ask it anything about Keln or your own practice: "who should I check in with this week?", "how much is still owed?", "how do packs work?". It reads your own records when you let it, proposes changes for you to confirm, sets reminders and drafts messages in your voice. Press / anywhere on the dashboard to ask.

Link to this answer
What can Aris do on each plan?
  • Free: guide mode. Aris answers from Keln's built-in guide and your own records, without the AI model.
  • Pro: the AI model, with 600 questions and 40 drafts a month.
  • Ultra: 1,000 questions and 300 drafts a month.
Link to this answer
Can Aris change things without asking me?

No. Aris proposes and you confirm: any change shows on screen as a card for you to accept. In Aris settings you choose what Aris may read (like your day notes) and which small changes it may make without a card.

Link to this answer
I coached someone without booking it in Keln. Can I still count it?

Yes. Ask Aris to log the session. It counts like any other: the client moves to Active, your weekly goal goes up and you get the XP.

Link to this answer
What happens to what I tell Aris?

Your conversations with Aris are kept for up to 90 days so it can follow along, and are covered by the privacy policy.

Link to this answer
What are ready-made messages?

A message for every moment of a practice, sixty in all: replying to a new inquiry, a welcome before a first session, a rebook nudge, a win-back, a late payment reminder, a rate increase, ending a coaching relationship, and planning prompts for your own week. On a client's file, Write to them offers the ones that fit where that client is, and Aris writes the one you pick for them from their notes and history (that uses one of your drafts). Anything Aris cannot know stays in [brackets] for you. Send it as an email from your own address, in their conversation in Messages, or copy it. In Aris, Write to a client and Plan with Aris open the whole set. Ready-made messages are on Pro and Ultra.

Link to this answer

XP, ranks and rewards8

How do I earn XP?

From real coaching, automatically: a booking arriving, a session taking place, a client rebooking, a payment landing, a video review answered and a rating received. There is nothing to log by hand. A single day's XP has diminishing returns, so steady weeks climb best.

Link to this answer
What are the ranks?

Ten, from Spark to Supernova: Spark, Ignition, Liftoff, First Orbit, Moonshot, Gravity Well, Star Maker, Star Cluster, Nebula and Supernova. Each is a constellation in your sky, holding that rank's badges and rewards as stars. Your sky is Progress in the sidebar.

Link to this answer
What do ranks give me?

Every rank carries rewards, waiting in its constellation:

  • Plan time: a week of Ultra at First Orbit, two weeks at Star Maker and a free month at Supernova. On Free it comes as Pro; on Ultra it comes off your bill.
  • More Aris: extra questions and drafts for a month, at Liftoff and again at Star Cluster.
  • A mark your clients see: Rising at Moonshot and Supernova at the top, on your profile and booking page, with a lift in the directory.
  • Themes and skins: Aurora, Meteor Shower, Lunar, Event Horizon, Nebula and Supernova, a gold-thread sky and a premium booking page.
  • Early access: at Nebula, new features reach you on the founders' day.
  • Plays: shortcuts in Aris to the ready-made messages for one coaching moment.
Link to this answer
Do rewards expire?

No. Claim them when you like. Plan time starts the day you claim it, so save it for the week you'll use it. Plan time asks for a verified email and at least one session coached in Keln.

Link to this answer
What are monthly missions?

Each month Keln sets three missions from what your practice really does: sessions coached, bookings, rebookings, payments, new clients, ratings or ready-made messages used. Each target is your own last month plus a little, so it stretches without being out of reach. They count themselves as things happen. Each one pays +150 XP, and finishing all three pays +300 more, lights that month's star and adds a streak shield.

Link to this answer
How do the weekly goal and streak work?

Your weekly goal is a number of sessions coached, 10 to start; ask Aris to change it. Your streak counts the days in a row with real activity. Streak shields cover a missed day on their own so the streak carries on. You can hold up to three: one comes at level 6, and one each month you finish all your missions.

Link to this answer
What is ascension?

At Supernova you can ascend. Your XP counter and lit stars reset, and every award after that is worth more, permanently. Clients, notes, totals, badges and every reward you claimed all stay. Each ascension brings a new mark beside your name and a free month (at most one every six months).

Link to this answer
Can I turn the game side off?

Yes. Choose Simple in Settings → Appearance, under Layout. Simple is Today, what needs you, your messages and your clients, with no XP, ranks or orbit on screen. XP keeps counting in the background, so it is all there if you switch back to Complete.

Link to this answer

Your dashboard9

What's on the dashboard?

Panels you can arrange: Today (your sessions on a timeline across your opening hours), Needs you (booking requests, videos to review, unread messages, overdue invoices, new ratings, each with the one thing to do), Money, Practice health, This week, your planner and your constellation.

Link to this answer
What is the difference between Simple and Complete?

Simple is four things, large and in a fixed order: Today, what needs you, your messages, and your clients as a table. Complete is everything: the orbit, XP and ranks, the console, and panels you arrange yourself. Keln asks which you want the first time you open the dashboard, and you can switch any time in Settings → Appearance.

Link to this answer
How do I get to my own page?

Click the middle of your Orbit, the sun with your photo on it. It opens your page as your clients see it, with an Edit button at the bottom. Everything on the page is in Settings → Your page.

Link to this answer
Can I rearrange it?

Yes. Drag a panel by its header onto another to swap them, drag the gap between panels to resize both, fold a panel to its header or tuck it into the dock. Customize, at the top right, opens the rest: undo, the list of panels to show or hide, saved layouts and ready-made ones. Your layout follows your account across devices.

Link to this answer
What keyboard shortcuts are there?
  • Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows): the command palette, to find any action, page or client by name.
  • G then C: the calendar. G then F: these questions.
  • N: add someone to your Orbit. In the calendar, N adds a task and S a sticky note.
  • /: ask Aris.
  • ?: every shortcut, on one sheet.

Shortcuts never fire while you are typing in a field.

Link to this answer
How does the sidebar work?

The sidebar sits as a slim rail of icons on every page. Open it to full size and it pops out over the page without moving anything beneath it, then folds itself away when you pick a destination, press on the page or hit Escape.

Link to this answer
Is there a light mode?

Yes. Settings → Appearance has Light, Dark and Match device. Match device follows your phone or computer, so Keln turns dark when your screen does. Your clients' booking page keeps the look you designed for it either way.

Link to this answer
Can I change how Keln looks?

Yes, in Settings → Appearance:

  • Theme: Graphite (the default), Deep or Slate, plus the themes you earn through the ranks, each with a moving sky of its own.
  • Light or dark: Light, Dark, or Match device, which follows your phone or computer as it changes. Deep, Slate and Graphite each have a light version. The earned themes are night skies, so they stay dark.
  • Layout: Simple (Today, what needs you, your messages and your clients) or Complete (everything, arranged your way).
  • Contrast: normal or high, following your device until you choose.
  • Effects: Full, Smooth or Auto.

Your choices follow your account across devices.

Link to this answer
Keln feels slow on my computer. What can I do?

Set Effects to Smooth in Settings → Appearance. It keeps everything working and looking like Keln while asking much less of your machine. Auto (the default) measures your device and picks for you, and Safari starts on Smooth. If something still feels slow, tell us from Support with your browser and device.

Profile, reviews and being found5

What is my public profile?

Your own page with your photo, bio, what you coach, your reviews and buttons to book you or message you. Share it anywhere, alongside or instead of your booking page.

Link to this answer
How do client ratings work?

After each session, clients are asked how it went. Every rating counts toward your stars. You choose which reviews to feature on your profile, and you can answer each one once, in public.

Link to this answer
What are updates?

Posts on your profile page: news, a new class, a schedule change. Clients see them in their Updates feed, can react and comment, and get an email when you pin one.

Link to this answer
How can new clients find me?

Share your booking page and profile wherever your people already are. Keln also has a public directory of coaches, where new clients can find your booking page. Listing is optional and each listing is reviewed before it goes up.

Link to this answer
What do I get for referring another coach?

A free month. Share your referral link from Settings, and when the coach you refer verifies their account, the month is yours to redeem when you choose.

Link to this answer

Teams3

Can several coaches work under one practice?

Yes, with Keln Teams. You share one Orbit, each coach has their own login, profile and calendar, and the team gets a page clients can book from.

Link to this answer
How do clients book on a team?

From the team page, clients book a named coach or whoever is first available.

Link to this answer
How much do Teams cost?

Teams are priced per coach. Start one from Settings.

Plans and billing7

What do the plans cost?

Free is $0: your booking page with waivers, up to 3 clients in your Orbit, CSV import, and Aris in guide mode (how to do anything in Keln, and your own numbers, without the AI model). Pro is $29 a month: unlimited clients, invoices, packs and retainers paid to your own Stripe, client accounts, messages, programs, Aris with the AI model (600 questions and 40 drafts a month), a ready-made message for every coaching moment, and video reviews with the essential studio (pen, arrow, circle and labels). Ultra is $49 a month: everything in Pro, plus the full annotation studio (lines, angles, spotlight, zoom, voice notes, frame holds of any length and side-by-side compare), five times the video storage, longer client clips, Aris at 1,000 questions and 300 drafts a month, and priority support. Teams are priced per coach; start one from Settings.

Link to this answer
Does Keln take a cut of what my clients pay?

No. Bookings, invoices, packs and retainers are paid straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard card fee is the only fee on a payment; Keln adds nothing, on any plan, Free included.

Link to this answer
Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, from Settings. Your clients, notes and history stay whatever plan you're on, and the features of a higher plan wait for you until you move back up.

Link to this answer
How do I cancel?

If you have an active Stripe subscription, open Settings and use Manage subscription to cancel in Stripe. If you want to fully remove your account data, use the delete-account section in Settings and confirm with your password plus the phrase DELETE.

Link to this answer
What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewals, and your paid plan keeps working to the end of the billing period you've paid for. After that the account carries on as Free, with everything you saved still there.

Link to this answer
Can I get a refund on my Keln subscription?

Yes, within 14 days of your first charge if Keln isn't a fit. Email support@getkeln.com from the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, and most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days. The full terms are in the refund policy.

Link to this answer
Do you guarantee client results?

No. Keln is a tools-and-education product that helps you run your coaching practice: bookings, sessions, follow-ups and payments. Results depend on your coaching, your market and your work.

Link to this answer

Your account and data7

Is my data safe?

Notes, messages, files and the names of the people you coach are encrypted in storage. Add a code from an authenticator app on top of your password, or sign in with a passkey (your face, fingerprint or device PIN), from Settings. The privacy policy says exactly what is kept and why.

Link to this answer
Who owns my client data?

You do. Keln keeps it to run your account and never sells it. Export it whenever you like, and deleting your account removes it.

Link to this answer
Can I export my data?

Yes. In Settings, use Export my data to download your account data as JSON.

Link to this answer
How do I delete my account?

In Settings, use the delete-account section and confirm with your password and the phrase DELETE. Any subscription is cancelled first. A small record of past transactions may be kept where the law requires it.

Link to this answer
How do I change my email or password?

Both are in Settings, next to two-factor and passkeys.

Link to this answer
What emails will I still get if I unsubscribe from digest?

Unsubscribing from the weekly digest only stops digest emails. Account and security emails (for example receipts and password resets) still send.

Link to this answer
What is the weekly digest?

A short email on Monday with what needs you this week. Turn it on or off in Settings.

Link to this answer

Early access and founders2

What is a founding member?

A limited number of the first coaches on Keln, invited from the early access list in waves. Founders are numbered in the order they joined, have Pro free until the public launch and a locked discount after it, and get new features first. If you're one, Settings shows your number and what it comes with. The founders page has the details.

Link to this answer
How does early access work?

New features reach founding members three days before everyone else, on the Monday of a release week. Reaching Nebula in the ranks brings the same early access.

Link to this answer

Help and support5

Where can I learn how a feature works?

On the star chart: every feature, in full, with what it does, how to use it, which plans have it and a live demo. Every page shows examples in your own discipline's words.

Link to this answer
How long does support take?

Send a message from the Support page while signed in. We target replies within two business days.
