Refund Policy
We offer a fair-use, good-faith refund window so people can evaluate whether Keln is the right fit.
Keln is operated by Keln Holdings LLC ("Keln Holdings", "Keln", "we", "us"). References to Keln in this document mean Keln Holdings LLC.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial charge if Keln is not a fit.
2. Subscription cancellation vs. refund
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges unless your request qualifies under this policy or applicable law.
After cancellation, paid access remains available through the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. One-time purchases
One-time purchases are not recurring subscriptions. Approved refunds for one-time charges follow the same 14-day window unless law requires otherwise.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@getkeln.com from (or include) the account email used at checkout and request a refund. We may ask for additional details needed to locate and verify the payment record.
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks and card issuers post the credit within 5–10 business days after processing, though timing can vary by provider.
6. Abuse, fraud, and chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund/chargeback behavior, or other misuse of the service. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. Payments between you and your own clients
This policy covers your Keln subscription only.
If your clients pay you through a payment link on your booking page, that money never passes through Keln. Keln Holdings LLC is not the merchant and cannot refund it. Those refunds are between you, your client, and your own payment provider, under whatever terms you have agreed with them.
