Terms of Use

1. Service scope

Keln is a client-acquisition and scheduling service. It includes pipeline tracking, planning tools, templates, AI-assisted drafting, and an optional client portal through which your own clients can book appointments with you.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Keln does not guarantee clients, revenue, income, response rates, or business success. Results depend on your offer, market, execution, follow-through, and factors outside our control.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Keln for your own business operations. You may not use the service to violate law, send spam, abuse others, commit fraud, or interfere with the platform.

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of service content at scale.
• No impersonation, deceptive communications, or abusive behavior.
• No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or repackaging of Keln templates or materials as a competing product.

5. Intellectual property and your content

Keln and its original materials are owned by Keln. You retain rights to the information you provide (including your pipeline records and saved drafts), and you grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to operate the service.

6. The client portal and your own clients

If you switch on a client portal, people who book with you are your clients, not Keln's. You decide what your booking page says, what you ask them for, and what you do with it afterwards.

• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use their information, and for your own privacy notice to them.
• Only ask for what you need. Every field you add is information you become responsible for, and Keln stores it on your behalf rather than on its own account.
• Keln sends booking confirmations, reminders and change notices to your clients on your instruction, as part of running the portal you switched on.
• You must not use a booking page to impersonate another business, or to present yourself as something you are not.

In data-protection terms, for the information your clients give you through the portal you are the controller and Keln Holdings LLC is a processor acting on your instructions. Our handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payments taken through your portal

Keln does not process payments between you and your clients. If you add a payment link, that link is yours and the payment happens on your provider's systems, under their terms.

Keln Holdings LLC is not a party to that transaction: not as a merchant, agent, escrow or payment processor. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, taxes and receipts for those payments are between you, your client, and your payment provider. Keln stores the link you paste and displays it. That is the whole of our involvement.

8. The public directory

Listing your business on the Keln directory is optional, is requested by you, and is reviewed by us before it appears. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion — for example where a listing appears to impersonate another business, misdescribes what is offered, or would put Keln's name to something we are not willing to vouch for.

Declining or removing a listing does not affect your account or your booking page, which continue to work exactly as before. We will tell you when a listing is declined or removed, and why.

9. Vega / AI features

Vega provides AI-assisted drafts and guidance. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before using it with clients or prospects.

Do not rely on AI output as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

10. Billing, subscriptions, and purchases

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled in your billing settings or Stripe portal. Some products may be sold as one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions.

You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans at the rate shown at checkout until cancellation.

11. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel subscriptions at any time to stop future renewal charges. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

12. Availability, and what we do not promise

We work to keep Keln available and we publish measured component status and uptime at getkeln.com/status. We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment or service credits, and you should not build a business process around Keln being reachable at a particular moment.

Keln keeps automatic backups. Backups are a safety net for us, not a service we perform for you: you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export your entire account as a single file from Settings at any time.

13. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion from settings.

14. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data.

Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Keln in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Keln harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of law, or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Keln operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates means the updated Terms apply.
