What it is
Your own page where clients pick a service and a time and book you. You set the address, services, prices, hours, time zone and what you ask clients when they book. It stays off until you switch it on.
Everything it does
Your address
Choose your page's address, like getkeln.com/book/your-name.
Services
Each with a name, length, price and how it is paid.
Opening hours
Hours for each day, slot spacing, how far ahead people can book and how much notice you need.
Questions and forms
Ask what you need at booking, and have your waiver signed before the booking goes through.
Confirm or instant
Take bookings straight away, or approve each request first.
Cancellations
Set how late a client can cancel; they cancel from the link in their email.
Reminders
Clients are emailed before every session.
Team booking
On a team, clients book a named coach or whoever is first available.
How to use it
- Open Settings, Client portal.
- Add your services and opening hours.
- Choose your page address.
- Preview it, then switch it on.
In your coaching
Aria opens your page, picks a 1:1 session on Thursday at 7:30, signs your waiver, pays, and is in your Orbit before you have finished your coffee.

Good to know
- Time blocks marked Unavailable, and sessions already booked, close those times on the page.
