Payment reminders
Keln asks for late payments politely, on a fixed rhythm, so you do not have to.
What it is
Keln emails clients about unpaid invoices on a fixed, polite rhythm: two days before it is due, the day after, a week after and two weeks after. Then it stops and tells you.
Everything it does
A fixed rhythm
Two days before the due date, the day after, a week after, and a final reminder two weeks after.
Stops when paid
The moment the invoice is settled, nothing more goes out.
Never twice
Each reminder is sent at most once.
Then it is yours
After the final reminder, Keln tells you rather than sending a fifth email.
How to use it
- Issue an invoice with a due date. Reminders follow on their own.
In your coaching
Ben's invoice is due Friday. They get a friendly note on Wednesday, pay on Saturday, and the reminders stop.
Good to know
- Reminders go out in working hours, not in the middle of the night.
