Sell a bundle of sessions up front. Each booking draws one from the pack, and a cancelled session puts it back.

Define packs once: 5, 10 or 20 sessions of a service, at your price.
Sold in one payment
Clients buy a pack by card, or you record payment yourself.
Drawn on booking
Each booking uses one session from the pack, without paying again.
Returned on cancel
Cancel within your rules and the session goes back in the pack.
Always counted
Sessions left show on the client's file and on the Money panel.
How to use it
- Open Invoices and create a pack type.
- Sell it to a client; their bookings then draw from it.
In your coaching
Clara buys a pack of ten 1:1 sessions. Each booking uses one; when they cancel next Tuesday in time, it goes back. Six left.
