What it is

The planner beside the calendar: a plan for each day with tasks to tick off, sticky notes that show on the day, a tray of unscheduled tasks, and time blocks. A block marked Unavailable also closes those times on your booking page.

Everything it does

01

Tasks

A list for each day. Start one with a time ("10:30 call Dana") and it lands at that time.

02

Sticky notes

Coloured notes that show on the day in the calendar, readable at a glance from the month.

03

The tray

Tasks with no day yet. Drag one onto a day when it has a home.

04

Time blocks

Focus, Admin, Travel, Personal or Unavailable. Drag down an empty stretch of a week to make one.

05

Unavailable means closed

A block marked Unavailable closes those times on your booking page.

06

On the dashboard too

The Planner panel shows today: next session, today's tasks to tick and the week ahead as a strip of days.

How to use it

  1. Open the calendar and pick a day; the planner is on the right (P shows or hides it).
  2. Type a task, or start it with a time like "10:30 call Dana". Press S for a sticky note.
  3. To block time, open a week and drag down an empty stretch of the timeline, then choose Focus, Admin, Travel, Personal or Unavailable.

In your coaching

Block Friday 3 to 4 as Unavailable for the school run: nobody can book a check-in then. A sticky note on Monday reminds you Ben wants the 6:30 times.

For any coach

Try it live

Good to know

  • Task and note text is encrypted at rest.
  • The dashboard's Planner panel and the full calendar read the same records.
