Waivers and documents
Waivers, consent forms and agreements, signed in the browser and kept on file.
What it is
Waivers, releases and consent forms. Write one or upload a PDF, send it from a client's file or ask for it at booking, and they sign it in their browser. The signed copy lands on their record.
Everything it does
Write or upload
Write a document in Keln, or upload the PDF you already use and drag a box where each signature, initial and date goes.
Signed at booking
Require a document before a booking goes through.
Send from a file
Send any document to one client from their file.
Signed in the browser
Clients sign on their phone or computer; no app, no printing.
A record that stays
The signed copy is stored on their file, with when and how it was signed. Signed documents cannot be edited.
Parents and guardians
A parent can book and sign for a child with their own email.
How to use it
- Open Settings, Documents, and create a template.
- Require it on a service, or open a client's file and send it.
In your coaching
Aria signs your waiver while booking their first 1:1 session. The signed copy is on their file, dated, before they arrive.
Good to know
- Keln is not a law firm: have a lawyer look over the wording of your own documents.
