What it is
Bring your existing clients in from a CSV export of a spreadsheet or another tool.

An export from a spreadsheet, another booking tool or an old system. Keln reads the header row.
Match the columns
Keln guesses which column is the name, email, phone, stage and notes, and you correct anything it got wrong before anything is saved.
Preview first
See every row as it will land, with problems flagged, before you confirm.
No duplicates
Someone already in your Orbit with the same email is recognised rather than added twice.
How to use it
- Open the dashboard and go to the Orbit.
- Press Import at the top of the panel.
- Choose your CSV, match the columns, and confirm.
In your coaching
Your old spreadsheet has forty clients in it. Export it as CSV, drop it on Import, and Aria, Ben and the rest are in your Orbit with their notes before your next 1:1 session.
Good to know
- Imported people land in the stage you map, or Inquiry if there is none.
- Nobody is emailed by an import.
