The Orbit
Everyone you coach, placed by where they are with you, moving on their own.
What it is
Everyone you coach, placed by where they are with you: Inquiry, Booked, Active, Paused, Alumni. Clients move on their own: a booking makes them Booked, a session makes them Active, and 60 days with nothing makes an Active client Paused. Alumni is set by hand.
Everything it does
Five rings
Inquiry, Booked, Active, Paused and Alumni, from the outside in.
Moves by itself
A booking moves someone to Booked, a session to Active, and 60 quiet days to Paused. Nothing to drag unless you want to.
Drag to move
Drag anyone to another ring yourself when you know better.
Orbit or table
Switch between the orbit and a sortable table with your own columns.
Find anyone
Search by name or team, or filter to one stage from the legend.
Follow-ups
Set a date to get back to someone; it shows on the calendar and in Needs you when it is due.
Paid to date
Each client's total paid sits on their file.
How to use it
- Open the dashboard and scroll to the Orbit.
- Type a name in the add box (shortcut: N) to add someone.
- Switch between the orbit and a table with the view toggle (Shift+V).
- Click anyone to open their file.
In your coaching
Aria books a 1:1 session and appears on the Booked ring. After the session they move to Active. Diego, quiet for 60 days, drifts out to Paused.

Good to know
- Alumni is only ever set by you: finishing with someone is your call.
