Client file

Everything about one person you coach, in one place.

What it is

Everything about one client in one place: contact details, stage, notes, sessions, invoices, documents and the next follow-up date.

Everything it does

01

Details

Name, email, phone, team or company, and anything else you keep.

02

Notes

A running record of what you noticed, promised and planned.

03

History

Every session, booking, invoice, payment and signed document with this person.

04

Stage and follow-up

Change their stage or set the date to get back to them.

05

Send from here

Send a waiver from their file; on Pro and Ultra, also start a message thread, issue an invoice or sell a pack.

06

Ask Aris about them

Drop a client on Aris for a briefing on where things stand.

How to use it

  1. Click a client in the Orbit.
  2. Add a note, change their stage, or set a follow-up date from their file.

In your coaching

Before Clara's 1:1 session, open their file: last session's note says "add load next block", their waiver is signed, and their pack has four sessions left.

For any coach

Try it live

The real Client file, running on sample data in your browser. Nothing you do here is saved or sent.

Good to know

  • Notes are encrypted at rest.
  • Deleting a client removes their file; their invoices stay, because invoices are records.
