Messages
Private chat with each client: text, photos, files, voice notes and reactions.
What it is
Private chat with each client: text, photos, PDFs, voice notes, reactions and cards for sessions, programs and invoices. Your team can join a thread.
Everything it does
Everything a chat should have
Text, photos, PDFs, voice notes with a waveform, reactions and Keln's own emoji.
Cards
Share a session, a program or an invoice as a card they can open.
Live
Typing, read receipts and who is online, as it happens.
Edit and delete
Change or remove a message within 15 minutes; after that it is the record.
Quiet hours
Set hours you are off. Clients see when to expect an answer and get one automatic reply.
Status
Online, away, do not disturb or invisible.
Teammates
Bring a teammate into a client's thread.
Email for the unread
If a message sits unread, the person gets an email about it.
How to use it
- Open Messages from the sidebar.
- Pick a client, or start a thread from their file.
In your coaching
Clara sends a voice note after training. You answer with a photo of the plan for next block and a card for Thursday's 1:1 session.
Good to know
- Messages and files are encrypted at rest.
- Read receipts are mutual: turn them off and you neither show nor see them.
