Following a point
Tap the athlete, the ball or a joint, and Keln follows it frame by frame.
What it is
Path, Speed, and Circle, Arrow, Label or Spotlight that follow the athlete, all start by following a point. Tap it on a paused frame and Keln reads the video frame by frame to the end of the clip, drawing as it goes. A point with an edge or a pattern on it follows best. When Keln loses it, it says so: drag its dot to where it really is and it carries on from there.
How to use it
- In Analyse, pause where the point is sharp.
- Choose a tool that follows (Path, for one) and tap the point.
- Wait while Keln follows it, or choose Stop.
- If it slipped, tap the point on the Analysis lane and drag its dot back on the picture.
In your coaching
Tap the ball as Eve serves. Keln follows it to the far side, and its path shows the spin.
Good to know
- Up to half a minute at a time.
- Tap a point Keln already follows to put another tool on it.
