Path
The line the athlete, the bar or the ball takes.
What it is
A path draws where a point has been, fading behind it, so the shape of a movement shows: a bar drifting forward, a hip swaying, a ball curling. Choose how much of it shows: the last half second, a few seconds, or all of it.
How to use it
- In Analyse, pause on the first frame of the movement.
- Choose Path and tap the point to follow.
- Play it back. Tap Path on the Analysis lane to change its length or colour.
In your coaching
Show Aria the bar path of a clean: it loops out in front, then back.
