Strobe
One picture of the movement's phases.
What it is
A strobe lays the moving athlete from several moments onto one picture, so the whole movement reads at a glance. Download it as an image, or hold it in the edit as a freeze frame after the movement.
How to use it
- In Analyse, mark In and Out (I and O) around the movement.
- Choose Strobe, then choose how many phases.
- Download the image, or put it in the edit.
In your coaching
Make a strobe of Clara's jump in six phases for their training plan.
Good to know
- Works best when the camera does not move.
