Ghost
Another rep, or a demo, over this one, see-through.
What it is
A ghost lays a second video over this one, half see-through, so two reps can be compared on the same body. Nudge it a frame at a time until both start together, mirror it to compare sides, and when the same point is followed on both, line them up on the picture with one tap.
How to use it
- In Analyse, move to where the rep starts and choose Ghost.
- Pick the other video.
- In its panel, nudge it until both start together, and set how see-through it is.
In your coaching
Lay Ben's best rep from last month over today's, and show them where the two part.
