Timer
A stopwatch on the picture, with laps.
What it is
A stopwatch that starts at the playhead and runs in real time, even where you have slowed the video down. Add a lap at each split and stop it where the effort ends.
How to use it
- In Analyse, move to where the timing starts and choose Timer.
- Move to each split and choose Lap here in its panel.
- Move to the end and choose Stop here. Choose its corner.
In your coaching
Time Clara's three phases of the lift: off the floor, to the knee, to lockout.
