Studio · Notes
Notes mode
Pause on a moment, draw on it, say what you see.
What it is
Notes is where a video gets your words. Pause on the moment that matters, draw on the frame with the tools under the picture, then write or record what you see. The clip freezes on that moment when it plays, and your note shows as it does. The timeline here shows only your notes and the video, so you can find a moment and nothing else gets in the way.
How to use it
- Choose Notes under the picture.
- Play the video and pause where it matters, or tap a note on the timeline to go to it.
- Pick a tool (Pen, Arrow, Circle…) and draw on the frame.
- Write what you see in the New note card, or record a voice note.
- Choose Add note. It is pinned to that moment of the footage, wherever the edit moves it.
In your coaching
Ben sends a squat. You pause at the bottom, circle the knee, write "Push the knee out over the toes" and add it. It freezes there for three seconds when they watch.
Good to know
- Drawings alone make a moment the clip freezes on; words alone make a note shown as it plays.
- Drag a note along the timeline to move it to another moment.
